稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD6 is a co-stimulatory receptor primarily expressed on T cells and plays a significant role in immune responses. It interacts with its ligand, CD166, which is found on various cell types, including antigen-presenting cells. Research into CD6 and its recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential implications in modulating immune responses in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. By understanding the structure and function of CD6, scientists aim to develop therapeutic strategies that could enhance immune responses against tumors or suppress aberrant immune activity in autoimmune conditions. Furthermore, the exploration of CD6 recombinant proteins serves as a valuable tool for studying T cell activation and proliferation in laboratory settings, allowing for a deeper understanding of T cell biology and the intricate networks of immune regulation. Given the critical role of T cells in both adaptive immunity and immunotherapy, CD6 represents a promising target for novel therapeutic interventions.
