稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IL-28B, also known as Interleukin-28B, is a cytokine that belongs to the type III interferon family, which plays a critical role in the immune response against viral infections, particularly in the context of hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection. Research into IL-28B has gained significant attention due to its potential influence on treatment responses and disease outcomes in patients with HCV. Genetic variations in the IL-28B gene have been correlated with the likelihood of sustained virological response to antiviral therapies, indicating its importance as a biomarker in personalized medicine. Furthermore, the biological functions of IL-28B in modulating immune responses and regulating gene expression have prompted investigations into its therapeutic applications. Recombinant IL-28B protein has been developed to explore its efficacy as a therapeutic agent, aiming to enhance antiviral immunity and improve treatment responses. Studies have shown that IL-28B can elicit strong antiviral effects through its ability to induce gene expression and activate immune pathways. Understanding the mechanisms by which IL-28B exerts its effects can lead to the development of novel strategies for HCV treatment and may also extend to other viral infections and autoimmune diseases. As research progresses, IL-28B holds promise not only as a diagnostic marker but also as a potential intervention in enhancing host defense mechanisms, ultimately contributing to improved patient outcomes in viral diseases.
