稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
MAGEA10 is a member of the MAGE (Melanoma Antigen Gene) family, which consists of a group of genes primarily expressed in melanoma and other cancers. Characterized by its tumor-specific expression, MAGEA10 has garnered attention for its potential role in cancer immunotherapy and as a biomarker for cancer diagnosis and prognosis. Research has shown that MAGEA10 is involved in regulating cellular processes such as apoptosis and proliferation, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. The interest in MAGEA10 is further heightened by its ability to elicit immune responses, indicating that it may serve as an effective target for cancer vaccines. This has led to the production of recombinant MAGEA10 proteins for use in various studies aimed at understanding its functions and developing targeted therapies. Researchers are exploring the structural and functional properties of the MAGEA10 protein to evaluate its immunogenic potential and efficacy in therapeutic applications. As the field of cancer immunotherapy rapidly evolves, the investigation of MAGEA10 presents a promising avenue for advancing treatment strategies, potentially improving outcomes for patients afflicted with malignancies where this antigen is upregulated.
