稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PRG2 (Proteinase-Activated Receptor 2) is a crucial protein involved in various physiological and pathological processes, particularly in inflammation and immune responses. As a member of the serglycin family of proteoglycans, PRG2 plays a significant role in promoting the activation of immune cells, such as eosinophils and mast cells. The study of PRG2 recombinant proteins has gained attention due to their potential applications in therapeutic strategies for allergic diseases, asthma, and other inflammation-related disorders. Understanding the structure and function of PRG2 is essential for elucidating its role in cell signaling pathways and mediator release during allergic reactions. Recent advances in molecular biology techniques allow for the efficient production of PRG2 recombinant proteins, providing researchers with valuable tools to explore the protein's interactions, effects on cell functionality, and potential as a biomarker. Furthermore, investigating PRG2's role in the remodeling of the extracellular matrix and its impact on tissue inflammation may open new avenues for drug development and therapeutic intervention.
