稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Transcription factor AP-2 alpha (Tfap2a) is a crucial regulatory protein involved in various biological processes, including embryonic development, cell differentiation, and apoptosis. It plays a significant role in the regulation of target genes essential for the development of the neuroectoderm and other tissues. Recent studies have highlighted Tfap2a's involvement in multiple signaling pathways and its potential implications in diseases such as cancer, where it may contribute to tumor progression and metastasis. Given its pivotal functions, researchers are increasingly focused on generating recombinant Tfap2a proteins to study their structural and functional properties. The production of these proteins using techniques such as molecular cloning and expression systems enables detailed investigations into their interactions with DNA and other proteins, leading to a deeper understanding of their regulatory mechanisms. Furthermore, recombinant Tfap2a proteins serve as valuable tools in drug discovery and development, enabling the identification of novel therapeutic targets for diseases associated with Tfap2a dysregulation. The overarching goal of such research is to elucidate the biological significance of Tfap2a and leverage this knowledge to improve clinical outcomes in related disorders. This research not only sheds light on fundamental biological processes but also paves the way for innovative approaches in medical science.
