Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Trove2 is a member of the troponin complex, a key regulatory protein in the muscle contraction mechanism. Its study has gained prominence due to its crucial role in cardiac and skeletal muscle function. Dysregulation or mutations in troponin proteins, including Trove2, are linked to various cardiovascular and muscle disorders, such as familial hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) and dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Understanding the structure and function of Trove2 is essential for elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases, potentially leading to targeted therapies. Recent advances in techniques like cryo-electron microscopy and x-ray crystallography have facilitated detailed investigations into the protein's conformational states and interactions with other muscle proteins. These insights may pave the way for innovative treatments to combat muscle-related diseases. Furthermore, as research expands, Trove2 could serve as a biomarker for early detection and diagnosis in clinical settings, highlighting its relevance beyond mere structural biology to practical medical applications. The growing interest in Trove2 exemplifies the broader trend of decoding complex protein interactions to better understand human health and disease.
