Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAP1GDS1, or RAP1 Guanine Nucleotide Exchange Factor 1, is a critical protein involved in cellular signaling and regulation, particularly concerning the RAS-superfamily of proteins. It acts as a guanine nucleotide exchange factor (GEF) that activates RAP1, a small GTPase that plays a pivotal role in various cellular processes such as cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. The dysregulation of RAP1GDS1 has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancers and cardiovascular diseases. Recent studies have focused on understanding the molecular mechanisms by which RAP1GDS1 modulates cellular signaling pathways and its potential as a therapeutic target. Structural studies of the RAP1GDS1 protein have provided insights into its functional domains and interactions with other signaling molecules. As researchers explore the role of RAP1GDS1 in health and disease, identifying potential inhibitors or modulators of its activity could lead to the development of novel strategies for treating related disorders. The ongoing investigation into RAP1GDS1 emphasizes its importance in cellular homeostasis and the potential benefits of targeting this protein in therapeutic contexts.
