Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf177, also known as the candidate gene, has garnered attention in the field of molecular biology due to its potential involvement in critical cellular processes. Initially identified through genomic studies, this gene is located on chromosome 20 and encodes a protein that is believed to play roles in cellular signaling and regulation. Research has suggested that variations in C20orf177 may be linked to various diseases, including certain cancers and neurodegenerative disorders, which has prompted scientists to investigate its biological functions further. Previous studies utilizing various molecular techniques have highlighted its expression patterns in different tissues, suggesting a possible role in development and disease pathogenesis. The recombinant protein of C20orf177 is particularly valuable for experimental studies, as it allows researchers to explore its biochemical properties, interaction with other proteins, and its functional implications in cellular contexts. This potential to clarify its role in disease mechanisms makes the recombinant C20orf177 a focal point for therapeutic exploration and a candidate for further translational research, aiming to uncover its contributions to human health and disease. As such, ongoing investigations into this protein are critical for advancing our understanding of complex biological systems and identifying potential targets for novel treatments.
