Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf42, also known as FLJ13569, is a gene located on chromosome 20 that has garnered attention due to its potential association with various biological processes and diseases. The protein encoded by C20orf42 is believed to play a role in cellular functions, although its exact biological significance remains largely unexplored. Recent studies have suggested that alterations in C20orf42 expression may be linked to certain cancers and developmental disorders. The investigation of C20orf42 recombinant protein aims to provide insights into its structure, function, and interaction with other cellular components. By producing this protein in a recombinant form, researchers can better understand its biochemical properties and explore its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker. Furthermore, studying C20orf42 in detail may reveal novel pathways involved in cell proliferation and differentiation, highlighting its importance in both normal physiology and disease. As the understanding of C20orf42 advances, it could open new avenues for the development of diagnostic or therapeutic strategies in conditions where its dysregulation is implicated.
