Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C20orf4, also known as "Chromosome 20 Open Reading Frame 4," has emerged as a significant subject of research due to its potential roles in various cellular processes and its implications in human diseases. Initially identified as an uncharacterized protein coding gene on chromosome 20, C20orf4 has garnered attention for its involvement in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. Recent studies have suggested that C20orf4 may have a role in the regulation of the immune response, particularly in the context of inflammation and cancer. Its expression patterns have been observed to vary in different tissues and disease states, indicating a possible link between C20orf4 and tumorigenesis. The recombinant protein of C20orf4 is being developed to elucidate its structure-function relationship, which is crucial for understanding its biological mechanisms. Characterization of this protein will facilitate the identification of its interacting partners and pathways, providing insights into its role in health and disease. Furthermore, the study of C20orf4 may lead to novel therapeutic targets, particularly in oncology, where modulation of its activity could influence tumor growth and response to treatment. As such, research into C20orf4 and its recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for advancing our understanding of its biological significance and potential clinical applications.
