稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ORF1 recombination proteins has garnered significant attention due to their critical role in the life cycle of various viruses, particularly in the context of retroviruses and coronaviruses. ORF1, which stands for Open Reading Frame 1, is often implicated in the replication and transcription processes of these viral genomes. In retroviruses like HIV, ORF1 proteins are essential for the integration of viral RNA into the host's DNA, a key step in viral propagation. Meanwhile, in coronaviruses, ORF1 encompasses a large polyprotein that is cleaved into functional proteins necessary for viral replication and assembly. Understanding ORF1 recombination proteins is pivotal for unraveling the molecular mechanisms of viral pathogenesis and evolution, especially given the frequent mutations and recombination events that these viruses undergo. This research not only provides insight into viral biology but also has significant implications for the development of antiviral strategies and vaccines. By exploring the structure, function, and interactions of ORF1 proteins, scientists aim to identify potential targets for therapeutic intervention, which is particularly crucial in the face of emerging viral strains. Recent advancements in molecular techniques and bioinformatics have enabled deeper analyses of these proteins, leading to a more comprehensive understanding of their roles in viral ecology. As we continue to face viral outbreaks and pandemics, the investigation of ORF1 recombination proteins remains a high priority in virology and infectious disease research, highlighting the need for ongoing studies in this area.
