稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PIANP (Protein Interacting with AT-Rich Sequence-Binding Protein) is a novel protein that has garnered considerable attention in recent years due to its potential role in gene regulation, chromatin remodeling, and cellular response to stress. Research indicates that PIANP interacts with various transcription factors and chromatin-associated proteins, suggesting its involvement in modulating gene expression in different biological contexts. The protein is believed to play a pivotal role in oncogenesis, as its expression levels have been found to be altered in several cancer types, making it a candidate for further investigation in cancer biology. Additionally, PIANP's interactions with AT-rich regions of DNA hint at its significance in regulating genes associated with crucial developmental processes and cellular differentiation. Understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying PIANP function can open new avenues for therapeutic strategies that target its pathways, especially in cancer and other diseases characterized by dysregulated gene expression. Given these insights, the characterization and functional analysis of recombinant PIANP have emerged as essential steps in elucidating its roles in cellular dynamics, providing a foundation for future studies aimed at leveraging this protein's properties in biomedical applications.
