Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NCKIPSD (NCK interacting protein SH3 domain, E, is a member of the NCK protein family, known for its role in cell signaling pathways and cytoskeletal organization. This protein contains multiple functional domains, including SH3 and proline-rich sequences, enabling it to interact with various signaling molecules and adaptors. The study of NCKIPSD is significant due to its potential implications in understanding cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, and migration, which are crucial in both normal biological functions and pathological conditions like cancer. Recent research has indicated that NCKIPSD may play a role in modulating actin dynamics and cell adhesion, suggesting its involvement in tumor progression and metastasis. Furthermore, by elucidating the molecular mechanisms underlying NCKIPSD interactions, researchers aim to explore its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer treatment. The recombination of NCKIPSD allows for detailed functional studies, including assessing the impact of specific mutations on its activity and interactions. The ongoing investigation into the structure-function relationship of this protein, facilitated by recombinant technology, is pivotal for expanding our understanding of its role in cellular signaling and its potential contributions to disease pathology. As such, NCKIPSD represents a promising candidate for further exploration in both basic biology and translational medicine, highlighting the importance of protein research in developing innovative therapeutic strategies.
