Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CCDC24, or coiled-coil domain-containing protein 24, has gained significant attention in recent years due to its potential role in various cellular processes, including cell division, cytoskeletal organization, and signaling pathways. Initial studies suggested that CCDC24 may be involved in the regulation of cellular morphology and motility, making it a candidate for understanding mechanisms underlying developmental biology and disease progression. The protein's sequence features, particularly its coiled-coil domains, indicate potential interactions with other proteins, which could offer insights into its functional roles within the cell. Furthermore, aberrations in CCDC24 expression levels have been linked to several diseases, including cancer, where it may influence tumor growth and metastasis. As research advances, the production of recombinant CCDC24 proteins has become vital for elucidating its structure-function relationships and interaction networks. This recombinant protein allows for in vitro assays, binding studies, and structural analysis, essential for discovering its biological roles and therapeutic potential. Understanding CCDC24 could thus provide new avenues for targeted therapies and contribute to our knowledge of cellular dynamics in both healthy and pathological states.
