稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
VTG2, or vitellogenin 2, is a lipoglycoprotein primarily recognized for its crucial role in oogenesis and embryonic development in oviparous organisms. Research on VTG2 has gained considerable attention due to its implications in reproductive biology and its potential applications in biomonitoring environmental pollution. VTG2 is synthesized in the liver and transported to the ovaries, where it is incorporated into the developing oocytes, serving as a major source of nutrients for the growing embryos. Studies have shown that VTG2 levels can be significantly influenced by various environmental factors, including pollutants, which can disrupt endocrine functions and affect reproductive health. As such, VTG2 has emerged as a valuable biomarker for assessing the impact of pollutants in aquatic ecosystems. Furthermore, understanding the molecular mechanisms regulating VTG2 expression can provide insights into reproductive physiology and the evolutionary adaptability of species in response to environmental stresses. As a result, VTG2 is not only a key element in the study of fish and amphibian reproductive strategies but also serves as a vital indicator of ecosystem health, making it a significant target for ongoing research in developmental biology and environmental sciences.
