  • Stability Test

The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

  • Storage & Shelf Life

Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

  • Shipping

In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description

RUFY1, a member of the RUFY family of proteins, has garnered attention due to its potential role in cell signaling and trafficking processes. Research suggests that RUFY1 is involved in various cellular functions, including endocytosis, vesicle transport, and autophagy, making it a critical component in maintaining cellular homeostasis. It is known to interact with several signaling pathways and proteins, acting as a scaffold to mediate protein-protein interactions. Furthermore, studies have indicated that RUFY1 may play a role in cancer biology, inflammation, and neurological disorders, highlighting its importance in disease mechanisms. Due to its multifaceted roles, RUFY1 is increasingly being explored as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Understanding the structure and function of RUFY1 through recombinant protein studies could provide invaluable insights into its biological roles and therapeutic implications, paving the way for future research in targeted therapies that manipulate RUFY1 activity in various pathological contexts.
