稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SF3B2, a critical component of the spliceosome, plays a pivotal role in pre-mRNA splicing by facilitating the recognition and removal of introns from precursor transcripts. Its dysfunction is linked to various diseases, including cancers and genetic disorders, making it a significant focus of molecular biology and biomedicine. Research into the SF3B2 recombinant protein has gained momentum due to its potential as a therapeutic target for these conditions. By studying the structure and function of SF3B2, scientists aim to understand its mechanistic roles in splicing regulation and how mutations can lead to pathological states. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production of SF3B2 in controlled laboratory settings, allowing for detailed biochemical and biophysical analyses. These studies not only enhance our knowledge of spliceosome dynamics but also pave the way for the development of small molecules that can modulate SF3B2 activity, offering new avenues for treatment strategies against spliceosome-related diseases. As a result, SF3B2 serves as a promising target in the intersection of basic research and therapeutic innovation, emphasizing the importance of understanding its function in cellular processes and disease mechanisms.
