稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SHQ1, a crucial co-factor in the assembly of the telomerase complex, has gained attention in recent years due to its role in maintaining telomere integrity and regulating cellular aging and proliferation. Research indicates that SHQ1 facilitates the proper folding and stabilization of the telomerase RNA component (TERC), which is essential for the enzymatic activity of telomerase. Dysfunctional telomerase activity is linked to various diseases, including cancer and degenerative disorders, making SHQ1 a significant target for therapeutic interventions. Furthermore, studies have shown that SHQ1 interacts with multiple proteins involved in telomere maintenance and DNA damage response pathways, highlighting its multifaceted role in cellular homeostasis. Understanding the structural and functional properties of SHQ1 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its mechanism of action and potential implications in disease modeling and drug development. As a result, the recombinant expression of SHQ1 is of high importance for elucidating its biological functions and exploring its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in the context of telomere-related diseases.
