稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPA2, a member of the heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including protein folding, protection against stress, and regulation of apoptosis. It is primarily expressed in the testis, where it is essential for spermatogenesis and germ cell development. Research into HSPA2 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in male fertility and its association with certain cancers. The protein's role in chaperoning unfolded proteins and its involvement in the cellular stress response make it a significant target for understanding not only reproductive health but also the pathology of diseases characterized by protein misfolding. Recent studies have highlighted the need for detailed characterizations of HSPA2 to unravel its functional mechanisms and interactions within the cell. Additionally, recombinant HSPA2 protein research has opened avenues for potential therapeutic applications, including its use as a biomarker for fertility issues or as a target for cancer therapies. By elucidating the properties and functions of HSPA2, scientists aim to contribute to the development of diagnostic and treatment strategies for conditions associated with its dysfunction.
