稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SSB (Single-Stranded Binding) proteins are crucial elements in cellular processes involving DNA replication, repair, and recombination. They play a vital role in stabilizing single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) intermediates that arise during these processes, preventing the formation of secondary structures that could impede replication and repair mechanisms. The understanding of SSB proteins has expanded significantly over recent years, as researchers have explored their structural properties, binding affinities, and interactions with other proteins and nucleic acids. These studies have highlighted the versatility and essential functions of SSB proteins in maintaining genomic stability. Additionally, SSB proteins serve as models for understanding the molecular mechanisms of nucleic acid metabolism and the response of cells to DNA damage and stress. Their implications extend beyond basic biology, with potential applications in biotechnology and medicine, including the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting cancer cells, which often exhibit dysregulated DNA repair mechanisms. As we delve deeper into the characterization and functional analysis of SSB proteins, the potential for innovative advancements in genetic engineering and synthetic biology continues to expand, making this an exciting area of research with far-reaching implications.
