稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FAM50A, a member of the FAM50 gene family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in various biological processes and diseases. Initially identified as a gene involved in cellular proliferation and differentiation, FAM50A is believed to participate in the regulation of gene expression and chromatin structure. Its expression patterns have been implicated in various cancers, making it a candidate for targeted therapies and biomarker development. In addition, studies suggest that FAM50A may be involved in the cellular response to stress and apoptosis, highlighting its importance in maintaining cellular homeostasis. The production of recombinant FAM50A protein allows researchers to investigate its functional properties, interactions with other proteins, and its mechanistic pathways in greater detail. Understanding the structure and function of the FAM50A protein may provide insights into its role in human health and disease, opening avenues for potential therapeutic interventions. As research progresses, characterizing the recombinant FAM50A protein could lead to novel discoveries regarding its involvement in cellular signaling pathways and its potential as a drug target in the treatment of cancers and other diseases. Overall, the study of FAM50A and its recombinant protein forms represents a promising frontier in molecular biology, with implications for both basic research and clinical applications.
