Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDX3X is a highly conserved protein belonging to the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, playing critical roles in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, translation, and viral replication. Mutations in the DDX3X gene have been associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, particularly in females, highlighting its significance in brain development and function. The protein's involvement in regulating gene expression and its potential as a therapeutic target against viral infections, such as HIV and hepatitis, further underscore its importance in both health and disease. Recent studies have focused on characterizing DDX3X's molecular mechanisms and interactions, as well as developing recombinant DDX3X protein for experimental purposes. This recombinant protein serves as a valuable tool for elucidating the helicase's biochemical properties and its role in RNA-mediated processes, paving the way for potential innovations in treating diseases caused by DDX3X dysfunction. Understanding the structure and function of DDX3X through recombinant protein studies is crucial for advancing our knowledge of its biological significance and therapeutic applications.
