Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
GPSM2 (G-protein signaling modulator 2) is a protein that plays a crucial role in modulating G-protein signaling pathways, which are essential for numerous physiological processes including cell growth, differentiation, and response to external stimuli. The dysregulation of G-protein signaling has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions. Research into GPSM2 has gained momentum due to its potential as a therapeutic target; understanding its structure and function can reveal insights into its role in cellular signaling. Moreover, GPSM2 is known to interact with various G-proteins, influencing their activity and downstream effects. Investigating GPSM2 through recombinant protein studies allows scientists to explore its biochemical properties and interactions in detail. Additionally, recombinant GPSM2 can be utilized in assays to elucidate its function and contribution to disease pathology. As advancements in biotechnology continue, the ability to produce and analyze GPSM2 in a controlled environment opens pathways for developing targeted interventions that could mitigate the effects of G-protein signaling abnormalities. This research area holds promise not only for basic biology but also for the development of novel therapies aimed at conditions arising from G-protein signaling dysfunction.
