Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CEP110 (Centrosomal Protein 110) is a crucial protein involved in the formation and function of centrosomes, the cellular structures that organize microtubules and are vital for cell division. Abnormalities in CEP110 expression or function have been linked to various diseases, including cancer, where centrosome anomalies contribute to genomic instability and tumor progression. The study of CEP110 has gained significant attention due to its regulatory role in ciliogenesis, as it influences the assembly and disassembly of the centrosome during the cell cycle. Additionally, CEP110 has been implicated in the maintenance of proper cell signaling pathways and the spatial organization of organelles, further underscoring its importance in cellular function. The recombinant expression of CEP110 allows for detailed investigations into its interactions and mechanisms of action, enabling researchers to explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Current research efforts are focused on understanding the structural features of CEP110, its post-translational modifications, and the downstream signaling pathways affected by its activity. As a result, characterizing recombinant CEP110 can yield insights not only into the basic biology of centrosomes but also into innovative strategies for treating diseases associated with centrosomal dysfunction.
