稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RNF41 (Ring Finger Protein 41) is a member of the RBR E3 ubiquitin ligase family, which plays a critical role in post-translational modifications through ubiquitination, thereby influencing various cellular processes including protein degradation, signal transduction, and cell cycle regulation. Recent studies have suggested that RNF41 is involved in important biological functions, such as the regulation of immune responses and cellular stress responses. Dysregulation of RNF41 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Research into the recombinant expression of RNF41 protein has gained traction due to the need for understanding its structure-function relationship and elucidating its biological mechanisms. The ability to produce RNF41 in a recombinant form enables detailed studies of its interactions, enzymatic activity, and role in cellular pathways. This protein's significance is further underscored by its interactions with other cellular factors and its involvement in the modulation of key signaling pathways. Therefore, the exploration of RNF41 recombinant protein contributes not only to basic research in cell biology but also has implications for developing novel therapeutic strategies for diseases characterized by impaired ubiquitin-proteasome pathways.
