Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NLE1 is a significant protein associated with various biological processes, particularly in the context of cellular signaling and development. It is known to be involved in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is crucial for regulating gene expression and promoting cell proliferation, differentiation, and stem cell maintenance. Abnormalities in this pathway are linked to various diseases, including cancer, making NLE1 a focus of research in developmental biology and oncology. The recombinant expression of NLE1 allows for the detailed study of its structural and functional properties, enabling the exploration of its interactions with other signaling molecules. This research not only enhances our understanding of NLE1's role in normal physiology but also provides insights into its potential as a therapeutic target. Utilizing advanced recombinant DNA technology, scientists can produce large quantities of NLE1 for functional assays, crystallography, or high-throughput screening, thus paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies that could mitigate the effects of diseases driven by dysregulated Wnt signaling. The ongoing investigation into NLE1 serves as a testament to the importance of fundamental research in uncovering the complex networks that govern cellular behavior and health.
