Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PCGF4, also known as Polycomb group RING finger protein 4, is a member of the Polycomb group (PcG) proteins, which are essential for gene silencing and the maintenance of stem cell pluripotency. These proteins regulate transcriptional repression through chromatin remodeling and modification, playing a significant role in development and cellular differentiation. Research into PCGF4 has gained momentum due to its involvement in various biological processes and its potential implications in cancer biology. The aberrant expression of PCGF4 has been linked to tumorigenesis, making it a candidate for therapeutic targeting. Understanding the structure and function of PCGF4 is crucial for elucidating its role in gene regulation and its impact on cell fate decisions. Recent studies employing recombinant protein technologies have enabled a more in-depth analysis of PCGF4 interactions with other cellular components, paving the way for novel strategies in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. Additionally, investigations into the signaling pathways regulated by PCGF4 provide insights into the intricate networks governing cellular behavior. The exploration of PCGF4 thus stands at the intersection of developmental biology and oncology, highlighting its potential as a biomarker and therapeutic target in malignancies.
