Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Cytoglobin (CYB5A) is a member of the globin superfamily, which plays a vital role in various biological processes, including oxygen transport and electron transfer. It is expressed in various tissues and is primarily found in the endoplasmic reticulum of cells, where it is believed to participate in redox reactions and the detoxification of reactive oxygen species. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of CYB5A in cell signaling and metabolism, as alterations in its expression levels are associated with various pathological conditions, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases. The recombinant production of CYB5A has gained significant attention due to its potential applications in biomedicine and biotechnology. By using recombinant DNA technology, researchers can produce this protein in high quantities for functional studies and therapeutic purposes. Moreover, understanding the structure and function of CYB5A at the molecular level can provide insights into its role in cellular processes and its interactions with other biomolecules. Continued research on CYB5A will enhance our knowledge of its biological functions and therapeutic potential, highlighting the significance of this protein in health and disease management.
