Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FCGR2B (Fc gamma receptor IIb) is a key inhibitory receptor primarily expressed on the surface of B cells, monocytes, and other immune cells. It plays a critical role in modulating immune responses by regulating antibody production, phagocytosis, and the activation of immune cells. Dysregulation of FCGR2B has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, infections, and cancers, making it a significant target for therapeutic intervention. Research into recombinant FCGR2B proteins has gained momentum due to their potential in understanding the mechanisms of immune regulation and their applications in immunotherapy. By studying these recombinant proteins, scientists aim to elucidate the receptor's structure-function relationship, examine its role in ligand binding, and assess its impact on cellular signaling pathways. Additionally, FCGR2B's involvement in antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) offers insights into enhancing the efficacy of therapeutic antibodies. Overall, the investigation of FCGR2B recombinant proteins not only advances our understanding of immune system dynamics but also opens new avenues for the development of targeted therapies in treating immune-related disorders.
