稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RhoC is a member of the Rho GTPase family, which plays a crucial role in regulating various cellular processes, including actin cytoskeleton organization, cell migration, and cytokinesis. Increasing evidence suggests that RhoC is overexpressed in several types of cancers, such as breast and prostate cancer, correlating with tumor progression and metastasis. This has made RhoC a potential therapeutic target for cancer treatment. Research into RhoC recombinant proteins aims to elucidate the molecular mechanisms underlying its role in cancer biology and to develop novel therapeutic strategies. By producing and characterizing RhoC recombinant proteins, scientists can better understand its interactions with downstream effectors and upstream regulators. Such studies could reveal the pathways through which RhoC influences cancer cell behavior and help identify biomarkers for cancer progression. Additionally, RhoC's involvement in signal transduction pathways provides valuable insights into its potential as a candidate for targeted drug development. The study of RhoC also extends to its emerging role in other diseases, including neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its importance in both cancer research and broader biomedical applications. As the understanding of RhoC's functions expands, it could pave the way for innovative therapeutic approaches that mitigate its effects in pathological states, particularly in malignancies where its dysregulation contributes to poor prognosis.
