Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ACSBG2 (Acyl-CoA Synthetase Bubblegum Family Member 2) is a member of the acyl-CoA synthetase family, which plays a crucial role in lipid metabolism by activating fatty acids to their corresponding acyl-CoA derivatives. This enzyme is involved in various cellular processes, including energy production, membrane biosynthesis, and signal transduction. Research interest in ACSBG2 has grown due to its potential implications in metabolic disorders, obesity, and other diseases related to lipid metabolism. Understanding the structure and function of ACSBG2 is essential for elucidating its role in these processes and for exploring its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies have focused on the characterization and functional analysis of ACSBG2, including its enzymatic activity, substrate specificity, and regulatory mechanisms. Advances in recombinant protein technology have facilitated the production and purification of ACSBG2, enabling researchers to investigate its biochemical properties and interactions with other cellular components. The ongoing exploration of ACSBG2 may provide insights into its functional significance and open up new avenues for therapeutic intervention in metabolic diseases.
