稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
KLK10, or Kallikrein-related peptidase 10, is a member of the kallikrein family of serine proteases, which are involved in various physiological processes, including tissue remodeling, blood coagulation, and inflammation. Research on KLK10 has gained attention due to its potential role as a biomarker in various cancers, particularly breast and prostate cancers. Studies have demonstrated that KLK10 expression levels can vary significantly between healthy and cancerous tissues, suggesting its involvement in tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Furthermore, KLK10 has been linked to the regulation of extracellular matrix components and the modulation of cancer cell behavior, including proliferation and migration. The recombinant form of KLK10 offers a valuable tool for investigating its biological functions and therapeutic potential. By studying its structure, enzymatic activity, and interactions with other molecules, scientists aim to elucidate KLK10's role in both normal physiology and pathological conditions. The development of KLK10 as a recombinant protein could lead to novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies, enhancing our understanding of its significance in cancer biology and paving the way for targeted cancer treatments.
