稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of the OGFR (opioid growth factor receptor) recombinant protein has gained significant attention in recent years due to its crucial role in mediating the effects of the opioid growth factor, also known as neuropeptide 1 (NOP). OGFR is implicated in various physiological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, which are critical in the context of cancer and neurological disorders. Understanding the function and mechanisms of OGFR interactions can provide insights into the pathways through which opioid peptides exert their effects on cellular growth and survival. Advances in recombinant protein technology have enabled the production and purification of OGFR, facilitating detailed studies of its structure and function. Investigating the binding properties of OGFR, as well as its downstream signaling pathways, can reveal potential therapeutic targets for conditions such as cancer, where abnormal cell growth is a hallmark. Furthermore, the modulation of OGFR activity offers a novel approach to pain management, as it may influence opioid efficacy and reduce side effects associated with traditional opioid therapies. Overall, research into OGFR recombinant protein represents a promising avenue for understanding the complexities of opioid signaling and developing innovative treatment strategies for various diseases.
