Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C18orf19, also known as TBC1D21, is a gene located on chromosome 18 that encodes a protein involved in cellular processes such as membrane trafficking and vesicular transport. Research into C18orf19 has gained significance due to its potential role in various human diseases, including neurological disorders and certain types of cancer. The protein is presumed to be involved in the regulation of the signaling pathways that affect cell growth and differentiation. Furthermore, aberrations in C18orf19 expression have been correlated with tumorigenesis, prompting investigations into its role as a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. The study of C18orf19 recombinant proteins facilitates our understanding of its structure-function relationship, allowing researchers to explore its molecular interactions and identify potential inhibitors or modulators. The successful expression and purification of recombinant C18orf19 can provide critical insights into its biological functions and contributions to disease mechanisms. This research is vital for advancing our knowledge of the underlying biological pathways and developing novel therapeutic strategies targeting C18orf19-related conditions.
