Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAB28 is a member of the RAB family of small GTPases, which play crucial roles in intracellular trafficking and membrane dynamics. Initially identified in various tissues, RAB28 has garnered attention due to its potential involvement in regulating endosomal and lysosomal functions. Research indicates that RAB28 may be linked to essential cellular processes such as autophagy, organelle dynamics, and signal transduction. Its expression patterns suggest a role in neuronal development and function, making it a candidate for studies related to neurodegenerative diseases. The study of recombinant RAB28 protein aims to elucidate its functional properties, interactions with other cellular components, and the molecular mechanisms underlying its activity. By generating and characterizing recombinant RAB28, researchers can explore its GTPase activity, binding partners, and how it influences cellular pathways. Furthermore, understanding RAB28’s role may provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target, particularly in conditions where cellular trafficking is disrupted. Overall, the investigation of recombinant RAB28 protein serves as a cornerstone in advancing our knowledge of RAB family dynamics and their implications in health and disease.
