Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RAPGEF3, also known as Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 3, plays a crucial role in signal transduction pathways by facilitating the activation of the Rap family of small GTPases. It is implicated in various cellular processes, including cell adhesion, proliferation, and differentiation. Research on RAPGEF3 has gained momentum due to its potential involvement in several diseases, including cancer and cardiovascular disorders. Studies have shown that dysregulation of RAPGEF3 can impact cellular signaling mechanisms, leading to altered cell behavior and progression of various pathologies. The recombinant expression of RAPGEF3 in cellular models has become a vital tool for understanding its function and mechanism of action. By creating and characterizing RAPGEF3 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate the structure-function relationships and regulatory mechanisms governing its activity. These insights could provide a basis for developing targeted therapeutic strategies to modulate RAPGEF3 activity in disease contexts. Overall, the study of RAPGEF3 and its recombinant forms holds promise for advancing our understanding of GTPase signaling and its implications in human health.
