Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C3AR1, or the complement component 3a receptor 1, is a G-protein-coupled receptor that plays a critical role in the immune response by mediating the effects of the complement component C3a. This receptor is expressed on various immune cells, including mast cells, basophils, and macrophages, and is involved in processes such as inflammation, chemotaxis, and anaphylaxis. The study of C3AR1 is becoming increasingly relevant due to its implications in various pathological conditions, including allergies, asthma, and autoimmune diseases. Additionally, C3AR1 has been implicated in tumor biology, where it may influence tumor growth and metastasis through immune modulation. The generation of recombinant C3AR1 protein allows researchers to study its structure, function, and signaling pathways in detail, facilitating the discovery of potential therapeutic targets. Understanding the role of C3AR1 in both normal physiology and disease contexts may lead to the development of novel interventions aimed at modulating immune responses, thereby offering new avenues for treatment in inflammatory and oncological diseases. Researchers are also interested in the potential of C3AR1 as a biomarker for disease severity, especially in allergic and inflammatory disorders, highlighting the importance of this receptor in clinical research and therapeutic development.
