Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C5orf5, also known as Chromosome 5 Open Reading Frame 5, has emerged as a subject of interest in molecular biology due to its potential role in various cellular processes and disease states. Located on chromosome 5, C5orf5 encodes a protein that is believed to be involved in cell signaling, immune response, and possibly cellular differentiation. Researchers have identified its expression in various tissues, suggesting a broader biological relevance. The study of C5orf5 recombinant protein has gained traction, particularly in the context of understanding its functional mechanisms and interactions within cellular pathways. Investigations are being conducted to elucidate its potential implications in conditions such as cancer, where aberrant expression may contribute to tumorigenesis. By producing and characterizing the C5orf5 recombinant protein, scientists aim to determine its structure and functional roles, which could lead to novel insights in therapeutic development. As the field progresses, the exploration of C5orf5 may offer valuable information regarding genetic regulation and protein interactions, making it a significant focus for future research in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
