Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C6orf221, a relatively novel gene located on chromosome 6, has garnered attention due to its potential involvement in various biological processes and diseases. Preliminary studies suggest that C6orf221 may play a role in immune response and cellular signaling pathways, although its exact functions remain largely uncharacterized. Research has revealed that the C6orf221 protein is implicated in several conditions, including autoimmune disorders and cancer, raising interest in its underlying mechanisms. As a result, scientists have focused on producing recombinant C6orf221 protein to facilitate functional analyses and further investigate its biological roles. The expression and purification of this protein are critical for understanding its structure-function relationships and interactions with other cellular components. Advancements in recombinant protein technology, coupled with techniques such as mass spectrometry and protein crystallization, have provided researchers with the tools necessary to study C6orf221 in depth. Such investigations may not only elucidate the role of C6orf221 in health and disease but also identify it as a potential biomarker or therapeutic target, contributing to the development of novel diagnostic and treatment strategies. As the research progresses, the characterization of recombinant C6orf221 protein will be pivotal in unveiling its significance in molecular biology and medicine.
