Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The research on RFWD3, a member of the RING finger E3 ubiquitin ligase family, has gained significant attention due to its crucial roles in cellular processes such as DNA damage response, repair, and cell cycle regulation. Emerging evidence suggests that RFWD3 plays a pivotal role in maintaining genomic stability by facilitating the ubiquitination of various substrates involved in these vital processes. Dysfunction or mutations in RFWD3 have been linked to increased susceptibility to cancers and other diseases, underscoring its importance in tumor suppression. Additionally, recent studies highlight RFWD3's interactions with key proteins like RAD51, which is essential for homologous recombination repair. Given the growing awareness of the intricate relationship between the ubiquitin-proteasome system and cellular stress responses, understanding RFWD3's signaling pathways could reveal novel therapeutic targets for cancer treatment. The exploration of RFWD3's structure and function may also provide insights into the mechanisms by which cells respond to genotoxic events and how aberrations in these pathways contribute to the onset of malignancies. Thus, research on RFWD3 not only advances our comprehension of fundamental biological processes but also holds promise for developing innovative strategies in cancer therapy.
