Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SEZ6L (Sodium Channel Epsilon Subunit 6-Like) is a member of the SEZ6 family of proteins, which play crucial roles in the development and function of the nervous system. Research into SEZ6L has emerged due to its potential involvement in synaptic plasticity and neuronal communication, making it a significant focus within neuroscience. Dysregulation of SEZ6L has been linked to various neurological disorders, highlighting its importance in brain function and disease. Studies have demonstrated that SEZ6L interacts with other synaptic proteins, influencing receptor trafficking and synapse formation. Understanding the structural and functional properties of SEZ6L can provide insights into its role in neural circuitry and signal transduction. Furthermore, investigating the mechanisms underlying SEZ6L expression and regulation may unveil novel therapeutic targets for conditions such as epilepsy, schizophrenia, and autism spectrum disorders. Overall, the exploration of SEZ6L not only contributes to our fundamental knowledge of synaptic biology but also has potential implications for developing therapies for neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders.
