Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interferon lambda receptor 1 (IFNLR1) is a key component of the type III interferon signaling pathway, which plays a crucial role in the immune response against viral infections and the regulation of inflammation. Recent studies have highlighted the significance of IFNLR1 in various diseases, including viral hepatitis, respiratory infections, and some autoimmune conditions. Understanding the structure and function of IFNLR1 is essential for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating immune responses. Recombinant IFNLR1 proteins have been produced to elucidate its signaling mechanisms and to explore potential applications in immunotherapy. These studies aim to provide insights into the receptor's interaction with type III interferons and its downstream signaling pathways. The availability of recombinant IFNLR1 enables researchers to assess the receptor's efficacy in various experimental settings, facilitating a better understanding of its role in immune regulation. Additionally, the exploration of IFNLR1 as a therapeutic target could lead to novel approaches for enhancing antiviral defenses or mitigating autoimmune responses, thereby contributing to the fields of virology and immunology. The ongoing research into IFNLR1 and its recombinant forms holds promise for advancing our knowledge of host-pathogen interactions and developing innovative treatments for a range of immune-related diseases.
