Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRSP7, a member of the CRSP (coactivator of the RE1-silencing transcription factor) complex, plays a pivotal role in regulating gene expression and is involved in various cellular processes, including transcriptional activation, cell differentiation, and development. The CRSP complex, comprising several proteins, functions as a coactivator that enhances the transcriptional activity of specific gene promoters in response to diverse signaling pathways. Research indicates that CRSP7 interacts with nuclear receptors and transcription factors, facilitating the recruitment of RNA polymerase II and the necessary transcriptional machinery, thus influencing target gene expression. Dysregulation of CRSP7 has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders, making it a potential therapeutic target. Understanding the structural and functional dynamics of CRSP7, including its protein-protein interactions and regulatory mechanisms, is crucial for elucidating its role in gene regulation. As such, recombinant protein studies of CRSP7 offer valuable insights into its functional attributes and provide a platform for developing novel therapeutic strategies aimed at modulating its activity in disease contexts. This line of research not only advances our understanding of transcriptional regulation but also underscores the importance of CRSP7 in maintaining cellular homeostasis and its potential in disease intervention.
