Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SMARCD2, a member of the SWI/SNF chromatin remodeling complex, plays a crucial role in regulating gene expression through its involvement in altering chromatin structure. Research has shown that SMARCD2 is essential for various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and response to signals, making it a key player in development and cellular homeostasis. Abnormal expression or mutations in SMARCD2 have been linked to various diseases, particularly cancers, where its loss or dysfunction can lead to altered gene regulation and tumor progression. Recent studies have focused on the characterization of SMARCD2 recombinant proteins to elucidate its structure-function relationship, regulatory mechanisms, and interactions with other proteins and chromatin components. Understanding the precise function and molecular pathways associated with SMARCD2 can provide insights into its potential as a therapeutic target and its role in disease mechanisms. Moreover, the development of SMARCD2 recombinant protein systems not only enhances our comprehension of chromatin dynamics but also facilitates the exploration of epigenetic therapies and novel approaches to cancer treatment.
