稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DBC1 (Deleted in Breast Cancer 1) is a pivotal protein that has garnered significant attention in cancer research due to its role as a negative regulator of the tumor suppressor protein SIRT1, which is involved in cellular processes such as aging and metabolism. Initially identified as a gene frequently deleted in breast tumors, DBC1 has been implicated in various cancers, suggesting it might influence tumor progression and response to therapy. Studies have shown that DBC1 interacts with SIRT1 to regulate its activity, impacting cellular homeostasis and stress response. Beyond cancer, DBC1 is also involved in the regulation of circadian rhythms and has been linked to metabolic disorders. The potential therapeutic implications of targeting the DBC1-SIRT1 axis make it an attractive focus for drug development. Consequently, research into the recombinant expression of DBC1 aims to understand its structural characteristics, functional mechanisms, and interaction partners, providing insights into its biological roles and potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer and other diseases. By elucidating the biochemical properties of DBC1, researchers hope to pave the way for innovative strategies to manipulate its pathway and improve clinical outcomes for cancer patients.
