稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NBN, or Nibrin, is a crucial protein that plays a significant role in the cellular response to DNA damage, particularly in the context of the DNA double-strand break repair process. It is a key component of the MRN complex, which consists of MRE11, RAD50, and NBN. This complex is essential for sensing DNA breaks, facilitating their repair, and maintaining genomic stability. Mutations or deficiencies in NBN are associated with Nijmegen breakage syndrome (NBS), a genetic disorder characterized by immunodeficiency, growth retardation, and an increased risk of cancer due to impaired DNA repair mechanisms. Research on NBN restructuring and its functional implications has been propelled by its significance in understanding the molecular basis of NBS and its relationship to tumorigenesis. Recent advancements in structural biology and biochemistry have revealed intricate details about NBN's conformational dynamics, interaction with other proteins, and role in the repair pathways activated in response to DNA damage. This knowledge not only sheds light on NBN's biological functions but also paves the way for potential therapeutic approaches targeting DNA repair mechanisms in cancer treatment, providing insights for developing novel strategies to enhance the efficacy of existing therapies by manipulating the DNA damage response pathways associated with NBN and its partners. Overall, the study of NBN restructuring is vital for elucidating the complexities of DNA repair and its implications in human health.
