Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
NOTCH4 is a member of the Notch signaling pathway, which plays a critical role in cell communication, differentiation, and development. Research has indicated that NOTCH4 is involved in various biological processes, including embryogenesis and immune response, and has been implicated in several diseases, such as cancer and neurological disorders. Given its significance, the study of NOTCH4, particularly in its recombinant form, has gained momentum in recent years. Recombinant NOTCH4 proteins are essential tools for understanding the intricate mechanisms of the Notch signaling pathway and for investigating the functional roles of NOTCH4 in both physiological and pathological contexts. By producing recombinant NOTCH4, researchers can conduct in vitro and in vivo studies to explore its interactions with ligands, downstream signaling events, and its overall contribution to cell fate determination. Moreover, the availability of recombinant NOTCH4 opens avenues for potential therapeutic applications, such as targeting NOTCH signaling in diseases where it is dysregulated. Overall, the research on NOTCH4 recombinant proteins serves as a foundation for unraveling the complexities of this important signaling pathway and its implications in health and disease.
