稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD24 is a small glycoprotein that plays a crucial role in various biological processes, including cell adhesion, immune response, and tumor progression. It is primarily expressed on the surface of immune cells and is involved in mediating interactions between cells and their microenvironment. The study of CD24 has garnered attention due to its association with cancer metastasis and poor prognosis in several malignancies, including breast and ovarian cancers. CD24 acts as a signaling molecule and can modulate immune evasion by tumor cells, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions. In recent years, recombinant CD24 proteins have been utilized in research to better understand its functional mechanisms and to develop diagnostic and therapeutic tools. These recombinant proteins are produced through various expression systems and can be used in assays to evaluate their role in tumor biology, immune modulation, and cell signaling pathways. The investigation of CD24's structure-function relationships is also crucial for identifying potential inhibitors or antibodies that can disrupt its interactions, thereby providing new avenues for cancer treatment. Overall, the study of recombinant CD24 proteins is essential for elucidating their functions and developing targeted therapies, as well as for improving our understanding of their implications in cancer immunology and treatment strategies.
