简介
CD34 protein, a potential adhesion molecule, is vital in early hematopoiesis, aiding stem cell attachment to the bone marrow's extracellular matrix or stromal cells. It potentially serves as a scaffold for lineage-specific glycans, facilitating interaction with lectins on stromal cells. CD34 also presents carbohydrate ligands to selectins, enhancing its role in cell adhesion processes. CD34 Protein, Human (HEK293, Fc) is the recombinant human-derived CD34 protein, expressed by HEK293 , with C-hFc labeled tag.

稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.

保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD34 is a cell surface glycoprotein that functions as a key marker for hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells, playing a crucial role in cell adhesion, migration, and the regulation of hematopoiesis. Its expression is primarily observed in hematopoietic tissues but is also found in endothelial cells and various tissue types under specific conditions. The recombinant form of CD34 has garnered significant attention in both basic and clinical research due to its potential applications in regenerative medicine, cancer therapy, and tissue engineering. Researchers have been investigating the mechanisms by which CD34 influences stem cell interactions within the bone marrow niche, as well as its involvement in the homing and engraftment of transplanted cells. Additionally, the recombinant protein can be used as a therapeutic agent to enhance stem cell mobilization and improve engraftment outcomes in transplant settings. Furthermore, studies have suggested that CD34 plays a role in the modulation of immune responses and inflammation, making it a potential target for cancer immunotherapy. As our understanding of CD34's multifaceted roles continues to evolve, its therapeutic applications are being explored in various disease contexts, highlighting the importance of continued research in this area for the development of innovative treatments.
