稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CD44 is a cell surface glycoprotein that serves as an integral component in various biological processes, including cell-cell interactions, cell adhesion, and signaling. It exists in multiple isoforms generated through alternative splicing, which allows for diverse functional roles in different tissues. CD44 is well-known for its role in inflammation, immunity, and cell migration, particularly in cancer metastasis, as it facilitates the adhesion of tumor cells to the extracellular matrix and lymphatic endothelium. This makes CD44 a significant target for therapeutic strategies in cancer treatment and regenerative medicine. Recent advancements in biotechnology have enabled the development of recombinant CD44 proteins, which provide valuable tools for studying its structure, function, and interactions with ligands such as hyaluronic acid. Research has increasingly focused on characterizing the various isoforms of CD44 to understand their specific roles in disease processes and to explore their potential as biomarkers for cancer prognosis and therapy response. The production of recombinant CD44 proteins can also aid in drug delivery systems and the design of novel therapeutic agents, making CD44 a key player in both basic and applied biomedical research.
